Typically, pre-orders take 2–3 weeks to process, produce, and ship from the date the drop ends. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process via email with any key updates, including production start, completion, and shipping notifications.

Since all pre-order items are made to order specifically for you, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once the order is placed.
